I’ve been coming to Laney’s regularly since I moved to Kew Gardens, I find the premises clean and the machines well maintained. Hema is on duty when I do my washing. She is incredibly knowledgable and helpful. 😊 The only reason it’s 4 not 5 stars is when they put the prices in the dryers up they put the timers went down too, I don’t mind increases but paying more for less is unhelpful 😕

I’ve came here a few times and honestly I can’t say this enough Martha is amazing! My clothes always come perfectly packed away separated and at times even done faster than the expected time! As someone on the move constantly she really helps a lot.

As a nurse I always have a busy schedule and no energy after work to do laundry myself. I love this place bc it’s clean and organized. Martha is my favorite worker she folds my clothes nicely and makes sure everything is according to my liking!!!

I only choose Laney’s Laundry. Super quick and my clothes are always so clean and folded so nicely! Hema is awesome!!! She provides excellent service and so pleasant. For these reasons, I always return.

Staff is always friendly. Maria v is fabulous and funny. Martha E is always friendly and does rush jobs for me when I need. She also saves my husbands junk she finds in his pockets and saves it for me!

I was visiting from out of town and needed to do 1 very small load. Nalini was extremely helpful and kind in getting me going and not making me feel dumb for not knowing how NYC laundry works. 10/10 experience!!
